At Fork Farms, we’re endlessly inspired by the incredible work our partners are doing to nourish their communities — and St. Joseph’s Food Program in Menasha, Wisconsin, is a standout example.
Recently, the team at Good Day Wisconsin on Fox 11 WLUK stopped by St. Joe’s to spotlight their powerful work using Flex Farms to fight food insecurity in the Fox Valley. Their story is a testament to what’s possible when innovation and community care come together.
St. Joe’s has installed 20 Flex Farms at their food pantry, where they grow fresh, nutrient-rich produce right onsite. In 2024 alone, they distributed more than 3.5 million pounds of food to over 30,000 people in need — a total value of $7.6 million in food. That’s impact you can taste.
By growing hyper-local produce year-round with hydroponics, St. Joe’s is ensuring that the people they serve have consistent access to fresh, healthy food — grown sustainably and delivered with dignity.
