How to Order Using a Purchase Order: Step-by-Step Guide

Here are the steps and details regarding the process:

  1. Submitting Your Purchase Order:

    • You can send your Purchase Order directly to our team.
      • If you know your Account Executive, feel free to email them the PO.
      • If you don't know who to send your PO to, please email the PO to our store@forkfarms.com OR support@forkfarms.com inboxes. Our team will handle the rest! 
    • Alternatively, you can proceed with ordering through our online store, Farmative. Once your order is confirmed with an email, please send a copy of your PO to store@forkfarms.com with your order number. They will associate your new order with your attached PO.
    • If you are a tax exempt organization, please be sure to let us know. Including a copy of your tax exempt certificate with the PO is greatly appreciated. 

  2. Confirmation and Processing:

    • Once your PO is received and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number sent from store@forkfarms.com.
    • Feel free to respond directly to this confirmation email with any questions or concerns. 

  3. Invoicing:

    • After your order has shipped, which typically takes 5-7 business days, you or your designated billing contact will receive an emailed invoice that can be paid via check, credit card or ACH. All invoices are set with net 30 terms.
    • Please reach out to billing@forkfarms.com to help set up ACH payments.
    • Online Orders Only: If you paid for your order via credit card when checking out online, no invoice will be sent.
